Paint defects don't show in shade. They appear only when light hits at the right angle. That is when you can tell a buffer hologram from a brush mark, and both from a scratch polishing won't remove. So we light the panel at every stage, not just at the end.

Frequently asked questions
How much does paint correction cost?
It depends on the size of the car and the state of the paint: how deep the scratches are and how many polishing stages are needed. That is why we don't work from a price list: we inspect the car under the lamp, say what can realistically be achieved, and give you a firm price and timeframe before anything starts.
What is the difference between paint correction and ceramic coating?
Paint correction removes defects: scratches, holograms, oxidation. A ceramic coating removes nothing; it protects the paint from above. That is why coatings go on corrected paint only: otherwise they seal the defects underneath for years.
How long does a ceramic coating last?
It depends on the product, whether the car is parked outside, and how it is washed. A coating is not permanent and it is not scratch insurance. It makes washing easier and shields the paint from UV, road salt and chemicals. At intake we tell you what is realistic for your car.
Does polishing remove every scratch?
No. Polishing removes defects within the clear coat. A scratch you can catch with a fingernail has usually gone through to the base coat or primer, and no amount of polishing brings it back. During the inspection we show you which defects will come out and which will stay.
How long does a full detail take?
A hand wash is 30-60 minutes. Interior detailing is 4-8 hours. Paint correction runs from one to three days depending on the condition of the paint, and correction with a ceramic coating is two to four days, because the coating needs time to cure.
Do you clean upholstery and remove odours?
Yes. We extract upholstery, treat leather and plastics, and dry the cabin under control. We also work on set-in odours: smoke, pets, and damp that has been sitting.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we work by appointment only, because a bay is taken for a full day on correction and coating work. Describe the car through the form or give us a call and we'll come back with an available slot, a timeframe and a price.
